All incisions are made inside the nose, where they are invisible, but sometimes an extremely small incision is necessary in the area of skin separating the nostrils. Once the nose is reshaped, incisions are closed and a small splint is applied to help the nose retain its new shape during the healing process. Routinely the nose is not pack to avoid discomfort for his patients. Usually patients go home the same day as the surgery and return to work a few days later. Dr. Berman refers all his Rhinoplasty's to his associate Dr. Naderi.

Many people choose rhinoplasty to improve the appearance of their nose, while others have this surgery to correct underlying breathing difficulty. One of the most common plastic surgery procedures, rhinoplasty can reshape, reduce or augment a person’s nose, remove a hump, narrow nostril width, refine the tip, change the angle between the nose and the lips, correct injury, birth defects, or other breathing problems. Dr. Berman's associate strongly believes that a successful rhinoplasty results in a beautiful natural looking nose that will bring aesthetic balance to the face as well as highlight the beauty of the eyes.
