First Visit
At Berman Cosmetic Surgery & Skin Care Center we look forward to the opportunity to meet with you and help you with your goals. Please be prepared to discuss your desires in detail. When you arrive, check in with the receptionist and they will give you a few forms to fill out. For your convenience, please click on the directions and map to our office.

Please come 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out the required paperwork. Dr. Berman, unlike most physicians, respects your time and will make every effort to see you exactly at your scheduled appointment time, so please make every effort to arrive on time.

Breast Reduction Consults
Breast reductions are frequently covered by insurance companies.  We'll need to obtain some information from you and submit photographs to the insurance company. Once this is done, it usually takes about 6 weeks for you to hear from the insurance company. We will also get a copy of the letter they send to you. Remember to bring a referral from your primary care physician, if your insurance company requires this for any consults which are not purely cosmetic.
