What is Endoscopic Forehead Lift?
An Endoscopic Lift is a surgical procedure where Dr. Berman makes a small incisions in the scalp to perform a forehead lift. This allows the eyebrows to come up where they belong. This procedure is often combined with a Blepharoplasty.

As people age, forehead ptosis: the eyebrows and forehead skin descended over time, creating fullness in the upper eyelids. An Endoscopic Forehead Lift is a surgical procedure that corrects the descent of the brow.
About the Endoscopic Forehead Lift Procedure
Done on an outpatient bases, this procedure involves using endoscopic equipment and a few small incisions behind the hairline to elevate the eyebrows and the forehead. At the same time, Dr. Berman can also remove or weaken the muscles that cause the frowning of the eyebrows.
People frequently have a Forehead Lift done in combination with a Blepharoplasty, and most find the process quite pain-free.
What Post-Op care is required for Endoscopic Forehead Lift?
Most patients will take about 10 days off from work for this procedure, and experience little or no bruising during their recovery. Since there is little pain or swelling, you can expect a quick recovery. Dr. Berman allows patients to wash their hair in 24 hours after surgery, but you should probably avoid coloring your hair for 2-3 weeks.
