I personally am using their multivitamin which I think is great – DFH Complete (CMF180). I am using their Paleo Protein Bars and I really like the Chocolate-Almond Bar (PBDFAC) and also their Peanut Butter flavor one. I am also using their Whey Protein Powder. I plan to add soon, their Fish Oil (OmegAvail TG1000 (OV1000) and also their Magnesium. (Mangesium Chelate Powder (MCP150)

My wife is using their Brain Power and also their Kidney Korrect (KID060). Cheryl really likes their CocoImmune Bar – Coconut Filled. This is a nutritional snack and it is not a protein bar. They taste like an Almond Joy Bar.

I am Dr. Berman's office manager for 18 years. I am 59 years old. I have noticed that since menopause my weight has gradually crept up on me. It is super easy to follow and I just use a shake (I strongly prefer the chocolate flavor) and take a few pills in a packet for 2 meals a day. In the evening I eat my own real food for one meal with my husband within the guidelines they give me. I have now lost 15 lbs in 10 weeks and that is without any exercising. In just 4 weeks, I have gone from 203 lbs to 187 lbs!!!!!! This is without any exercising. I strongly recommend this program.
