I am a 61 year woman who several months ago had a TT and BR with Dr Berman. At that time he spoke to me about the intermittent fasting and the ketone supplements. I decided to try them out and I am thrilled to report that I have now lost 15 lbs and it has completely transformed my body. My weight has gone from 161 lbs to 146 lbs. i am only walking for exercise. I have much better energy and I feel fantastic.
